PFS offers residential loans to homeowners who meet the criteria listed below. Once you have met the criteria, you may submit a residential loan application.

RESIDENTIAL LOAN criteria

Before applying for a residential loan, make sure you meet these initial criteria:

1.  You own your own home.
2.  Your annual household income does not exceed $150,000.
3.  Your home is PV-panel compatible:

a. Your roof is flat, or has a portion that is south-facing.
b. Your roof is unobstructed by major shading from nearby trees or other buildings.
